Return Policy

Our store’s return policy is primarily based on the unique nature of each item. Generally, items that have been returned cannot be resold. However, if there is a quality issue, please feel free to contact us. If it is confirmed that the quality issue significantly affects daily use, we will consider providing an exchange service. In cases where the quality issue does not impact daily use and the customer chooses a refund instead of an exchange, there may be partial shipping fees involved.

  1. Defective Items: If you receive a product with quality issues, please contact us promptly. We will assess the situation and provide appropriate solutions, including exchanges if necessary.

  2. Non-Impactful Quality Issues: If the quality issue does not significantly affect daily use and you opt for a refund, additional charges (such as partial shipping fees) may apply.

Return Process

  1. Contact our customer service department within 30 days of receiving the item, providing your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will assess whether your product qualifies for a return, which may include having our staff inspect and repair it if necessary.

  3. We will guide you on how to exchange or return the product.

  4. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process it based on the reason for return.

Refunds

  • If your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

  • Inadequate reasons for returns or exchanges may result in the buyer being responsible for partial shipping fees and return costs.

  • For refunds, we will automatically process the refund to your original payment method within 10-20 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
